The SRCC certification is issued by the Solar Rating & Certification Cooperation™; this certification is a basic requirement to participate in a wide range of incentive programmes in the USA.
The principles that guide the SRCC certification are as follows:
The measured data allow the calculation of typical yields that are later published together with SRCC collector data on their homepage (Solar Rating).
The technical tests that need to be carried out for both the SRCC and the Solar Keymark certification are very similar. As both procedures have very strict regulations, a combination of the two certification procedures is unfortunately only possible within certain limitations. However, SPF provides a wide range of opportunities to combine the two procedures.
For further details on the certification process please see our SRCC-info-sheet.
